E07 Motor Failure
Suggested Solution:
E07 is a wiring problem between the motor as well as the motor controller. Please check the following wiring for burnt wires first:
1. Focus on the location of the motor outlet;
2. Inside the controller box, check if the 6-pin wiring between the motor and controller is loose or broken and re-insert it.
3. After checking the internal and external wiring, there is no problem, then there is a problem inside the motor, please refer to the following video, remove the rear wheel to check whether there is any damage to the metal gear inside the motor. If the metal gear is normal and the wiring is normal, we can replace the motor's movement by replacing the generator for you.

E10 Communication Failure
Suggested solution:
1. Please make sure that the headlight and horn are working normally.
2. Please open the controller compartment, only keep the controller and instrument wiring (5pin), yellow XT60 terminal power line, other wiring one by one to disconnect (note that disconnected first do not reconnect), reboot and check whether it still shows E10, if it still shows E10 that the problem between the controller and the instrument, if there is no E10 you can confirm that the other components are faulty, reboot and check one by one wiring until the E10 line access we can confirm which component is damaged. A one by one wiring check until the E10 line access we can confirm which component is damaged.
