30 Days Return
We have a 30 days return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. The Totguard electric bike with 1 year warranty service for the frame, battery, motor and other main replaceable parts. If you have any questions or need warranty support, please contact us at service@totguardebike.com.
Purchase Notes
Before purchasing, please confirm the product label information on the upper and lower tubes or batteries of the electric bike. If the model number on the product label is a 9-digit product number starting with "AMA~", please choose AMA Vehicle Series. If the model information is a 9-digit product number starting with "AMAK~", please choose AMAK Vehicle Series. The two frame series electric bike parts are not compatible, please do not buy the wrong one.
