4 Working Modes for Your Option
- Normal Bike Mode: ride it like a common bike, allowing you to do exercise.
- Pedal Assisted Mode: Combining the throttle with pedal, which can help you to move forward more easily. The riding range is 50-60 miles in this mode. Choose 1-3 PAS (Pedal Assistance) according to your needs.
- Pure Electric Mode: In this mode, you can use throttle to move forward without stepping it, the riding range is 30-35 miles.
- Booster Mode: Press the ”—“ button untill the display shows “P", then the ebike will move at a speed of 3.73miles/h (6km/h), based on different road conditions. This mode can be turned off by the brakes.

Do you know where I would get a handel bar extender? Is there a certain style/brand/size I would need?
Hello, you can search for handlebar extenders in the store. If the right size is not available, you can buy it on a larger online shopping platform.
Is there a spec sheet that shows what the factory menu settings should be. P1-P19?
Setting Mode:
◎ When the ebike is on, press and hold + and - buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode.
◎ Press once M to confirm and enter the next set.
◎ Press + or — to adjust the number.
◎ Press and hold + and — buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to quit the Setting Mode.
P01: Backlight brightnes, Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest
P02: Mileage unit, 0 for KM;1 for MILE
P16: ODO zero setting, Long press + for 5 seconds to resume ODO to zero
Is this a class 1, 2, or 3?
This electric bike is a class 2 electric bike. Class 2 e-bikes have pedal assistance up to 21.8 Mph and throttle-only mode.
Do you have to switch modes to use throttle and pedal assist?
Yes and no. When you turn on the e-bike and battery you can only pick one of 3 pedal assist modes, but you have to pick one. 6mph, 12mph or 21mph. You will always be in one of these modes while the e-bike is on. There is a throttle on right handle bar that you can use at any time, but you can only throttle up to the maximum for that pedal assist mode.
So, if you have the bike turned on and on level 1 or 6mph, you can throttle at any time but throttling will never exceed 6mph and you will be pedal assisted up to 6mph. If you have level 2 selected or 12mph, you will be pedal assisted to 12 mph while pedaling or can throttle at any time up to 12mph max. Same with level 3 and 21mph.
